In this section you can create new users who can access your work environment. You will also be able to manage permissions to individual modules and include any further limitations. To access, go to the main menu and select Settings -> Users and permissions .
NB Only the user designated as the legal representative of the company can access this section, in the event that it is necessary to entrust the task to a different person, he must prevent a request to our customer support from the previous legal representative, specifying the data of the new user to be enabled.
On the right screen it is possible to select the modules that the user will be able to access. Scrolling down you can see further permissions through which to limit specific operations in some modules, define a main price list ( Creation and modification of a product sheet ) and finally delete a previously created user:
On the left of the screen there is the list of active users. By pressing the key you can create a new user.
The necessary data are name, surname, email and / or mobile number to receive the credentials. The contact details must be unique and will only be used to receive the username and password.
