After accessing this section, make sure you see the icon top right. If it is not visible, check that the "Can change fidelity settings" function is enabled for your user ( Settings -> Users and permissions ). By pressing this icon you access the section for creating and managing campaigns, related rules and rewards.
At the top you have the possibility to choose between "CAMPAIGNS", "RULES" and "PRIZES". Our advice is to start with the creation of the rules. Once the appropriate section has been selected, just press the button to create a new rule to associate with the campaign.
We see below all the information necessary for the correct creation of the rules:
First name | Name of the rule to apply (e.g. 1 point for every euro spent, or 20 points for spending, etc.) |
Guy | There are two possibilities: |
|
|
Points | The number of points to be awarded |
Minimum threshold | The threshold below which points will not be awarded |
Maximum Threshold | The threshold above which points will not be awarded |
Exclude down to the minimum threshold | If active, the amounts spent by the customer below the minimum threshold are not counted for the assignment of points |
Parameter 1 | The euro value needed for points to be awarded |
If we took as an example the rule "1 point for every euro spent, up to a maximum of 20 euro", the parameters should be filled in as follows:
First name | 1 point for each euro spent, up to a maximum of 20 euro |
Guy | Each euro |
Points | 1 |
Maximum Threshold | 20 |
Parameter 1 | 1 |
You can create more rules and can be combined with each other as needed. They can also be associated with the campaign at any time, therefore nothing prevents you from changing, or modifying the rule in the course of work.
Once you have defined the rule as desired, by selecting "CAMPAIGNS" at the top again, you can press the button once again to create the new points campaign. Let's see below the data needed to create the campaign:
First name | Name of the Fidelity campaign |
Allows you to determine which campaign to activate, only one campaign can be activated at a time. | |
Date range |
Campaign start and end date and time. The final date is optional. |
If the sale has rewards |
In case of rewards associated with the campaign, you will be able to choose between three options: |
|
|
|
|
|
Once the mandatory data has been entered, it is possible to associate the previously created rule by pressing the key . A drop-down menu will allow you to choose one of the existing rules. You can proceed in the same way if you want to associate a second one and so on.
Finally, there is one last possibility of assignment: the customer can get specific points for the purchase of certain products. To decide which products and how many points can be awarded just press and choose one or more items from the list.
Now you can proceed with the creation of the "Rewards".
Once the appropriate section has been selected, just press the button to create the new "Rewards" to be associated with the campaign.
We see below all the information necessary for the correct creation of the prizes:
First name | Name of the Reward to be applied (eg 10% discount every 500 points) |
Points | The number of points to be achieved to award the prize. |
Guy | There are three possibilities: |
|
|
Countryside | Here it will be possible to select the campaign on which to apply the reward being created. |
Start of validity (optional) | This optional field allows you to enter the awarding start date. (If nothing is entered, the prize will always be valid, unless an "End of validity" date is set) |
End of validity (optional) | This optional field allows you to enter the award assignment start date. (If nothing is entered the prize will always be valid) |
You can create more awards and nothing prevents you from changing, or modifying them in the course of work.
NB in order for the products to be inserted, a SKU code must be associated with them (INVENTORY tab in Creating and editing a product sheet ).
